We may process identification and professional data supplied by the individual, including name, company, role, email, telephone, country, connection origin and destination, requested service and message content. Minimum technical session, security and server log data may also be generated.

4. Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and conduct reasonable commercial follow-up. Contractual, accounting and tax data is retained for applicable statutory periods. Security logs are kept for periods proportionate to their purpose. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
5. Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by hosting, email, support, security, advisory, CRM or technology providers under processing agreements and confidentiality duties. Data may be disclosed to public authorities or courts where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
International transfers from the general contact form are not expected as a rule. If a project requires providers or support outside the EEA, GDPR safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other valid mechanisms will be used.
7. Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and, where applicable, protection from automated decisions. Send requests through the protected address published on this page or through the secure contact form, identifying the right and providing enough information to verify identity. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
8. Children and sensitive information
The services and forms are not directed to children. Special-category data, identity documents, passwords, credentials or unnecessary confidential information should not be sent through the general form.
9. Security and automated decisions
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used, including HTTPS when deployed, access controls, form validation, CSRF protection and data minimisation. The website does not make automated decisions producing legal effects.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated due to legal, technical or processing changes. The version in force is the one published on this page.
